To request construction of your Advertising Associate Page(s) please complete the form below. Note: You should have already registered as a standard affiliate and have purchased an Advertiser Page in the affiliate category or categories you will define below. In addition, before completing this form you should have already placed affiliate text or banner links on an existing site or sites. After submitting your request in one category, return to this page to make additional requests in any other categories for which you have purchased Associate Advertising Pages. Please do not make multiple submissions for a single page. To see a generic version of the advertiser page we will construct for you, please click here. Note that outbound links are not allowed on the advertiser pages (to prevent leakage). The primary purpose of these pages is to provide coupons to site visitors, and potential busines to Associate Advertisers. Outbound links are not permitted. However, you may provide a hosted (img src=) graphic to replace the large eBookSouth.Com graphic. The size of your graphic should be 660x332 pixels. You may also provide non-link (cut and paste) web addresses, emails, etc., as you desire. IMPORTANT NOTE: If you wish to remain anonymous, the only information we absolutely need is your affiliate code, your email address (for confirmation), and the category in which you wish to advertise. To prevent confusion on fulfillment it will be helpful for you to provide your personal and/or business name. Simply note in "Special Instructions" your desire to remain anonymous, and to keep your affiliation confidential.
